When you join the BUKDup Founding Community, we store the details you provide so we can understand the community, keep you updated as BUKDup develops and invite relevant feedback. We only ask for the information shown on the join form.
Your details are kept inside BUKDup's application and are not displayed publicly. We do not promise a particular frequency of updates or share your information for unrelated marketing.
Property verification privacy notice
This is an informational placeholder pending professional legal and privacy review. BUKDup may collect private, property-scoped evidence to manually review a member's stated relationship to a specific property. Evidence is not shown in public listings, Property Passports, or normal property-photo storage.
Please provide only relevant evidence, redact unrelated sensitive information where practical, and do not submit bank/card information, passwords or credentials. BUKDup does not use automated ownership decisions, facial recognition or biometric processing in this workflow.
This notice does not state a final lawful basis, retention period, processor arrangement, international-transfer position, or legal-compliance conclusion. Those decisions must be approved before launch.
You can ask us to update or remove your Founding Community details by contacting BUKDup through the channels provided to you. This page will be expanded into fuller legal documentation before wider launch.
